Design Process

Pricing for projects varies widely depending on what technology is used, hours needed to complete the project and overall application. Our design process includes:

• Initial Consultation \ Requirements: An initial meeting with the client to gather requirements for the site. This meeting is a question and answer session to gain an understanding of the clients needs: what do they mean to accomplish with their site; who is their audience; what look and feel do they require; what level of sophistication is required and what are their future plans. The client will be guided through this process with questions designed to arrive at a thorough understanding of what is truly needed, what will be delivered and how this will integrate with the business.
• Requirements \ Template Review: A document formally detailing all client requirements and a graphic template of what the site will look like is created. The 'Requirements Document' is modified until the client approves that it contains all the criteria to meet their business's needs.
• Software \ Web Site Development: The 'Requirements Document' is used as the basis to develop the software or website to the specifications agreed to by the client. The length of development time will vary depending on the complexity of design, the client’s requirements and ongoing updates \ changes during the design process.
• Software \ Web Site Review: After the development cycle is completed, the finished product is then reviewed with the client. Requirements are reviewed and 'checked off' as they are demonstrated and accepted by the client. Once client agrees that all their requirements have been met and the software or web site has the appropriate look and feel for their business, the site is put live on the Internet.
• Lifecycle Maintenance: Once the software or web site is completed or live the 'Lifecycle Maintenance' process begins. During this stage the site is maintained online, client's changes or additions are processed and any redesigns to meet ongoing business needs are performed.
